Josh Casey was great to deal with, he gave us a reasonable amount for our Kia when we were stranded in Bend. Our vehicle was repaired in Eugene, and 2 days later broke down in Bend. We had to have the vehicle towed twice and there was no rental cars available for us in Bend. We were told we would be put on the list. Not very customer friendly, you acknowledge there was issues with the vehicles but then have no resources for people who are stranded because of this. More
