The service department is very professional, kept me informed, my car is running very good, the best it has ever run. I am very thankful they gave me a loaner car to use while my car was getting fixed. The mechanics are very knowledgeable in order to diagnose the problem & replace the engine. I am so thankful Kia did exactly as the recall notice had informed me they would do by keeping their word.
