Worst car buying experience of my life! This dealership and the people who work there are the worst I have ever seen. Was outright lied to when I purchased Kia 2 years ago. They tried to 'correct' the lie by adding an after-market modification. Problems started at 15000 mi and service center blamed it on my driving! Have had it in the shop three times, replace the same part twice, and I am at 35000 mi. Service decided problem is the after-market modification and states will not honor warranty unless I agree to remove it. (He thought I modified-didn't know it was their mess!) I dumped that mess, cutting my losses, and went back to a Ford. I absolutely would not send my worst enemy to this dealership. Kia might be a great car, but there are plenty of HONEST dealers to buy from. Stay away from these crooks, liars, thieves! One star because they won't let me do '0'. More
