Squeaky wheel gets called in for harassment I had used team Kia until 2014. I stopped taking my car in for service because I was continually receiving calls about buying a new car. April of 201 I had used team Kia until 2014. I stopped taking my car in for service because I was continually receiving calls about buying a new car. April of 2016, I bought a used optima from another car dealership, who informed me of a recall. I scheduled an appointment at team KIA, and had it fixed. Since then, I have received 4 calls from sales persons that thought I had a bought a car from them. I asked to be taken off the call back list 4 times, and still getting harassed over the phone and email. I will be calling the BBB if I receive more contact from them. More

Service Department (Resolved) This issue has been resolved by Team Kia. I called for a service appointment and recall notice on my KIA Soul last week. The service guy told me al This issue has been resolved by Team Kia. I called for a service appointment and recall notice on my KIA Soul last week. The service guy told me all of the things that should be done for my 15000mi check up. I told him at that time that I couldn't do all of the things that were recommended and that "I wanted just the things covered by my coupon book and the recall stuff." So today I go in and he retells me all the stuff needing to be done, and once again I say "NO, just what is covered by my coupons and the recall." So I sit in the waiting room surrounded by life sized hamsters watching the walking dead on their wifi. He comes out and tells me ( 2 hours later) that my car was in the wash bay. YAY! I watched a little more dead and then saw my car by the window, all clean ON THE OUTSIDE. So I walk into service from the waiting room and he's doing paperwork, and will be done in a second. He's cursing the computer and asking it why it did that blah blah and then starts telling me what was done. For the recall, they just made sure it was ok and replaced stuff, then there was this and that totaling $340 something dollars. I said anything but a ZERO balance was not ok. He says you told me it was ok to do this. I said NO I DID NOT. He immediately calls his stupid visor who says he was right there and heard me say that it was ok to do it all. I repeated what I had told him and he as much as called me a liar. TEAM KIA is right, the xxxxxxxx team up on you. Make sure you take a witness (apparently it should be a male) and yell NO when they want to charge you more than you want done. My choice was to apply for a line of credit, or he would gladly hold my vehicle until I could pay my bill. I said I can't pay you and my car payment, and he stuck with "well you said I could do this". I repeated myself and he Flatly called me a liar. I took my key off the chain and walked home. More
