Brady Allison was a respectful sales consultant while encouraging me to be optimistic and give Team Kia a chance to get the financing I needed for reasonable payments. To my surprise they were able to do it. So I figured the paperwork and finishing the deal is where I would get tricked into crazy extra costs. Nope, Danny Santana kept thing icing along and made it painless. This was all late on a Sunday... They service department was very accommodating in letting me schedule a courtesy car wash and ozinating treaent that worked for my schedule. I am still amazed at how great they were and what a good experience buying a car can be. I would highly recommend people check out Team Kia... The commercials really reflect the great service you will get. More

He told me that he was new to the job which I was caught off guard by because it seemed like he knew more about the cars then most car salesman at even high end dealerships such as mercades or an Audi. I was overly pleased with the help I received and will be looking for mike as I return to buy a car. More

Perry S. Jackson report on the: Damage to my Kia as a result I spoke with the man who had installed my windshields (three of my vehicles) I told him of the problems I was having with the leaking, he came out and I spoke with the man who had installed my windshields (three of my vehicles) I told him of the problems I was having with the leaking, he came out and looked at my sunroof which he claimed at that time was the problem. We cleared the drain on the upper right side of the sun roof with his tool. He claimed the problem was fixed. This occurred in December 2016. Unfortunately, that did not fix the problem. Claiming the problem was mine the car was put into a shop for three months. While there a wire was diagnosed failure at plug. A bypass of the plug was installed and a 3-amp fuse to attempt to fix the short. Next the crank shaft positioner switch was shorted and changed at Morin’s Automotive of Coos Bay. I discovered the water from rain was filling the passenger floorboard where the ECM is located. I called the Glass shop again and explained the problem was continuing and it was obvious it was the installation of the windshield that was the problem. They stated they needed to change the windshield, which they did and in doing so showed me pictures of the rust under my windshield where the folds of the steel are stating that obviously, the windshield had been leaking since installation. After this I moved to Bend to assist my elderly mother who was facing surgery. I did not drive the vehicle to Bend it was trailered over. On arriving the car performed unsatisfactorily so I called the 800 number and requested help I was patched through to the Coos Bay office of Novus Auto Glass, the same person who had installed the windshields. I reminded him of the rust pictures he had taken and said rust doesn’t happen overnight. He said his boss Dell from Grants Pass would call. When Dell called and I explained the situation and told him I wanted the Kia dealer in Bend to diagnosis the problem. He agreed to pay the $130.00 for that. The mechanics told me, tapping on the computer shut off the car and tapping again it would start and the gauges would go crazy off-om-off-on. I came to the Kia dealer expecting to receive an honest professional evaluation of the water damage caused to my car due to the improper installation of the windshield. When I originally talked to Chan in the service department he lead me to believe he would take care of whatever the problem was and return my car to its pre-window installation status. The next call from Chad was to let me know about the tapping. I called Novus Glass, explained the problem would cost $1,800.00 plus diagnosis at $130.00 per hour and about 3-4 hours to diagnosis what the problem was. Dell stated he would call the Kia dealer himself. The next call came from Chad telling me he wanted to install a used computer instead of a new one for $1,800.00. I agreed if it was warranted just as a new one would be Chad stated it would be for 1 year or 12,000 miles. After the used computer was installed Chad told Dell this would fix the problem his company was responsible for. He claimed the wires in my car were; cut, taped, soldered, and a wiring nightmare. I should state here that this not the case and I have pictures to prove what the wiring looked like when I took the car from Morin’s Automotive before leaving Coos Bay. What is installed wire is: 1 wire with a fuse installed when water damaged the main wire junction, and 1 wire from the fuse box to the stereo, and one red amp line. As stated previously I have picture of ; under the hood behind all dash panels the main wire junction is directly below the 1/2-inch-thick rusted support next to the relay junction located on the right side of the dash above and to the right of the computer. Chad didn’t discuss any of the damage except the computer. Obviously, the water damaged more than just the computer but Chad neglected to investigate any of this apparently. But he did research all factory recalls and informed me he would do them if I approved. He expected me to accept the factory recalls but not expect the damage from the water to be taken care of. Chad spoke with Dell and told him the remaining problems with my car were not from the water, because the wires were chopped up, black taped, soldered and a mess. He did not tell any of this to me because he would have had to show me this – not possible. Chad claimed my car was done and I should come pick it up on Friday. I asked about the electrical he stated no more electrical diagnosis was covered by Dell. But he did want to schedule to bring the car in for the factory recalls. I refused to pick up the car and said that the wiring needed to be diagnosed and they could keep the car and do the recalls and I would speak with Dell, I didn’t trust the car to leave the dealer. I spoke with the sales manager and explained all that was going on he said Josh would be in on Monday. Monday, I went into the dealership and spoke with Josh, the service manager at Kia Bend. After explaining my situation, he said he would look into it. Have never talked with him again. Called Wednesday and was told the mechanic was sick. Thursday, I called 9:00 am wanting an update spoke to Chad he said Josh would call me back as he was in a meeting. I received a message at 4:30 pm from Chad wondering what I wanted. Never spoke with the service manager, Friday afternoon and picked up my car, was told my computer board for my sunroof was corroded but wasn’t caused by the windshield leak. I called Dell and told him it was water damage, my sunroof was fine before the windshield leak he laughed and stated it was not covered, he thinks he has been fair enough and threatened to not finish paying for the diagnostic. He thinks I should pay for half of the diagnostics. I informed him he had approved the diagnostics and he laughed again and hung up on me. His attitude is a direct result of Chan claiming the damage to my car was not a result of the poorly installed window which leaked water on my computer and main wire junction, fuse relay junction and sub frame for the dash which is covered in rust. After Dell called and paid the bill, When I receive my Kia back as I was leaving the dealership, the check engine light came on, I returned Chad came out with an OBD-2 reader and zeroed the codes without allowing me to see the codes. Again, I try to leave and the air-bag light comes on, again right back wait 30 min. Chad said it can't be fixed it's a seatbelt needs changing or the wiring mess I have at the main junction on the right side, claiming again the wiring is chopped up. So I ask is this car going to strand me, because I teach classes in the middle of nowhere and would not wish for this to happen. Chad states I just need a tune up the car is fine to take, so I leave Friday at almost closing time, I end-up starting the car 4 times before it failed to start at the gas station on Sunday. I had the car towed to Kia Dealer. Today Monday the mechanic is out for the next week so most likely 1 week before someone can look into what’s wrong, Chad states he will try but most likely not until after next week. WORST EVER: and I'm almost 50 years old. STRONGLY ADVISE DO NOT GO FOR SERVICE TO KIA OF BEND More

Surprisingly enough my original review from fall of 2016 is no longer visible. I am a 61 year old and I traded in a older GMC for newer 2008 Acadia. It has been a mess, I really felt like I was taken advantage of both in trade in and purchase of the new car. On top of this, I was not told the car had been in a wreck! I was stupid not to look into some of these things, I work for a non-profit and I guess I am to trusting. Among everything else, I just spent almost $700. on a new steering pump. I had to drive from Detroit Lake to Central Oregon with no power steering after it suddenly went out in a passing area of all places. So these things happen right? Come to find out it had been on a recall a couple years after the car was manufactured. Kia did not even have the decency to inform me of what might have been a deadly issue with the car. Don't believe me google GMC Acadia 2008 recalls, This place would obviously put a sale before your own safety, I originally bought this care for my daughter who id going to college in the Valley. You can find dealers like this on 82nd in Portland, anything for a sale. Don't trust these xxxxxxxx!!! More
Service work on a recall I was emailed about a service campaign on my Kia. I contacted my local dealership and arranged for the service work to be done the very next morning. I was emailed about a service campaign on my Kia. I contacted my local dealership and arranged for the service work to be done the very next morning. I dropped off my vehicle, and they had a courtesy driver take me back to my home. Approximately two hours later I received a phone call saying that the work was finished. I was picked up by the courtesy driver, taking back to the dealership and picked up my car for free. No surprises, everything happened as expected. More
