Awesome friendly Crew in Service Dept Most Details of service and cost of service given before the bill was presented. Fluids checked, but was a bit disappointed to read CONDITIONER added Most Details of service and cost of service given before the bill was presented. Fluids checked, but was a bit disappointed to read CONDITIONER added to coolant, but no detailed notes on how full coolant was or if I need to flush it soon. No leaks reported ( no leaks experienced before servicing by owner) yet one month later engine overheated and we added 3 qts coolant. Service manager offered to check engine/water pump/ coolant again for other problems, but cannot budget additional $500. this month. Needed description of term "kits" used to service my KIA. Great print out format, need to add a few more summary details and suggestions for future service needs.. More
