Mark was a blessing. He was totally on top of everything. Best experience EVER. I have to be completely honest, I was not impressed with Mike in sales at all. He didn't seem to care about our questions, and only seemed to want the sale. We would ask him about what we were singing and h Mike in sales at all. He didn't seem to care about our questions, and only seemed to want the sale. We would ask him about what we were singing and he seemed to just blow it off like it wasn't a big deal. He would just give us the same answer each time and not really explain what we were singing. I understand that his job is to sell cars but it is also important to answer questions and make sure the customer is happy. He spent the majority of the time talking about his family, showing us pictures and videos of them. He would get distracted and use his phone and talk about his family for 20-30 minutes and completely space about what he was doing with us and the vehicle paperwork. I almost got up and left multiple time but we really liked the car we were looking at. I was very disappointed with how he acted. Daniel with finance was so amazing! He was so so so friendly and made the experience better. He made sure to answer all our questions and go over everything with us. It was honestly so much easier to deal with him than Mike. Daniel seemed to truly care that we got the help we needed and made sure we were comfortable with what we were singing and make sure that we got the best treatment we could. All and all we will not come back to your dealership due to Mike. More
