Levi’s humility enhanced his legitimacy and our trust. To be clear, knowledge is good but over rated compared with the rare quality of humility and Levi had the perfect mix of both. Financing experience was low pressure and efficient. Final check out was excellent with a newly washed car with a full tank. Levi was kind enough to give us a follow up call the next day. We are delighted with our new Sportage and hope for a long reliable relationship with Kia.
