Took them 40 days to finalize a deal after I maintained contact everyday was told don’t worry move it california. Truck I got had no pads, rotors warped so bad it presented danger. Check engine light, sold me “As is” I smoked some weed with Daniel the finance man. & Joseph, he was cool. The only complaint there is that Kia gives him a work phone, contracted 3rd party… who knows when Joseph asked for my w2 and stubs who it really went to. No where was it clear about this deal.. NOW I’ve recieved my car I traded in, misfiring… and over heating… was not traded in that condition. I’ve submitted receipts showing the work, they showed up and towed the truck I traded in.. went through countless hours because they were trying to make me travel to Oregon on my own dime and travel back to ca (imagine showing up and my car overheating and misfiring) now I’m playing by Kia waiting for cash I put down and in there unsafe vehicle. Oh and there general sales manager was a xxxxxxx the whole time and I’ve got many texts of him lying. Nobody here made it an easy experience. ARE THEY ALL TOO HIGH TO DO THERE JOBS?
