I was in dire need of a new car and I didn't want to make a brash decision the sam The dealership itself has a big inventory for new and used cars. I was in dire need of a new car and I didn't want to make a brash decision the same day I found one, so I decided to sleep on my decision and return the next day. Unfortunately, the car I was intending to purchase was bought the previous night so I have to search one again. It was a big stress, but good thing Mr. Rocco Marconni was such a big help. He did ALL the work for me, all I had to do was test drive the cars he thought would best fit my needs. He was able to cater to my situation and needs which was awesome for a struggling independent young adult. Miguel, who went with me on my test drives, was very helpful with giving input about cars. I personally don't like to drive cars, especially new and not mines, with unfamiliar people as my passengers but he made it all comfortable and such a breeze. Both men discussed with me what they think what's best for me. Eventhough I did not like that much the car I ended up getting, I knew it was the best decision to make because of my situation. Had no down but my car which no longer had enough room for my growing family. And it had a lot of miles on it. My income is very small being im a single mom with 3 kiddos only working part time. I sat with Nate and explained my circumstances... He assured me he would help find me all criterias i needed in a car. I never get my hopes up, but i always stay hopefull. I watched as Nate literally ran throughout the lot looking for a car to fit my needs.... And well, he found one i loved. Not only that but he fought to get me a warranty to make sure my kids and i would be taken care of. He shared with me how important it was for not just a good looking car but a reliable one, because he has a wife who drives his kids around and safety comes first.
