Terry was great, funny, and really worked with me with regards to the overall price matching True Car price as best he could. He also worked with some of my requests like low down and low monthly. Overall he was great. But all that was eclipsed by my irritation waiting for the car to be released from being serviced. I was told 15 minutes. It ended up 90 minutes. I would not have minded that wait if I had been told upfront it will take that long. I could have planned to do something else instead of waiting there in the lobby starving. More

Happy Satisfied Customer I am VERY SATISFIED with my experience at Team Hyundai. I was very nervous because this purchase was forced upon us when our old car died. From the I am VERY SATISFIED with my experience at Team Hyundai. I was very nervous because this purchase was forced upon us when our old car died. From the moment I first telephoned the showroom, sales partner Terry Moy was very friendly and calm and helped me through what I anticipated would be a traumatic experience. In the past I have encountered very "predatory" sales people at other car dealerships and I want to tell you that this latest car buying experience was exactly the opposite. Everyone at the showroom was very pleasant, courteous, and attentive. I'm not a very trusting soul and kept looking for the "catch" but there was nothing of the sort. Everyone seemed genuinely concerned about our situation and even helped us with a ride to the old car to get a document needed for the sale (old car's registration). This kind assistance took away all the time pressure. Even still, we were in and out in about four hours which I believe is a personal record for buying a new car. More importantly, WE LOVE OUR NEW CAR!!! I've just begun to explore all the new gadgets and gizmos. I look forward to returning to the Team Hyundai dealership in the future for maintenance and repairs and eventually another vehicle. The team earned my trust and, at least for me, that's huge. Very Highly recommended. More
