Best car buying experience I've ever had! This is the second car-buying experience I have had at Team Superstores and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about each one. November 20 This is the second car-buying experience I have had at Team Superstores and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about each one. November 2016 experience After visiting three other dealerships and feeling like an injured rabbit that was being circled by vultures, we pulled up and had a woman greet us with a smile and welcome us to Team. My role for the day was to do the talking for my cousin since she kept getting bullied at dealerships. I briefly explained what we were looking for, being very clear what the budget was. Where every other sales person at other places took the same information and tried to upsell us, Renee excitedly said she had some great options she'd like to share with us. We knew at that point this is where we wanted to do business. Everyone in each department was very nice, made you feel at ease and did everything in their power to make sure my cousin went home with a great, reliable Hyundai for her and her kids. May 2017 experience When I was ready to buy my own car, I went right back there, looking at Mazda SUVs. I had the privilege of working with Arman, who could not have been nicer and more knowledgeable. He had the answer to each of my questions without hesitation.
