Great Dealership and even better Sales Rep (Tim Clay) I picked the rainiest Monday to go car shopping for a car for my elderly mom, and after scouring the I-80 corridor looking for the "right car," wound I picked the rainiest Monday to go car shopping for a car for my elderly mom, and after scouring the I-80 corridor looking for the "right car," wound up at Team Chevrolet/Hyundai. I really had no choice in waiting for better weather because my mom's old car was a write-off, but this dealership and especially their new Sales Representative-- Timothy Clay --turned what could have been a miserable experience into a very positive afternoon!! Tim was very personable and patiently explained all the features of the gently-used 2009 Hyundai that my mom was interested in. This car was truly a cream-puff, especially when compared to some of the other multiple-previous owner, misaligned body-panel, and oil leaking heaps that other area dealers were trying to pass off as "low mileage gems." When my mom finally took Team's Hyundai for a drive, Tim's calm demeanor made her feel right at home behind the wheel. This part was a huge plus, and he didn't even bat an eye at my mom's "ohh... gotta get used to these strong brakes!" moment. We ended-up taking this car home and getting a very fair deal on the price and on the financing rate. As we were waiting for the paperwork to process and my mom was enjoying a complimentary beverage, Tim showed me the new Chevy SS and the new Stingray, too. Even though I am a dyed-in-the-wool Dodge guy, these cars opened my eyes to what was going on at GM, and I may actually be back to check-out the 'Vette as soon as my mid-life crisis really heats up. Anyway, great job to Team Chevrolet/Hyundai and to Timothy Clay for knocking this one out of the park! Go Team!!! More
