Best car buying experience ever My wife and kids were not in the market for a Hyundai but when we pulled into the dealership in Bend we were pleasantly surprised right from the begin My wife and kids were not in the market for a Hyundai but when we pulled into the dealership in Bend we were pleasantly surprised right from the beginning. Our salesman Justin was very pleasant and knowledgeable. After weighing our options and test driving a couple of vehicles we sat down to go over our financing / trade in options. The process was straight forward and the Hyundai team was very accomodating and understanding of our financial needs. The sales manager and finance manager were also very helpful and educated us through the whole process. The rest of the staff that was there were all very friendly as well . I have purchased vehicles from other dealerships but this was by far the smoothest most pleasant experience I have ever had in purchasing a car. We will definitely come back to team Hyundai for our next car purchase. More

Very uncomfortable and belittled! The fellow I worked with in finding the car for me was Sam!
