I was assured that a thousand dollar deposit would hold a vehicle for two days until I could make the three hour drive to Bend to test it. I was assured that if I wanted to purchase the vehicle, that money a vehicle for two days until I could make the three hour drive to Bend to test it. I was assured that if I wanted to purchase the vehicle, that money would go toward the purchase price. I was assured that if I did not want to purchase the vehicle, 100% of my deposit would be returned with no trouble or fees immediately. I was told the money would be returned last Friday, it was not even pending. They were unable to help me resolve the issue over the weekend, so I reached out Monday. I was assured the money would be returned (the card reader was blamed for the delay but I was told it was then fixed) I was even provided an authentication number when the money was supposedly returned. Another 4 days later... still not even pending to my account. To say I'm livid is an understatement. I feel deceived and robbed and truly hope someone at that dealership will make this right. The unprofessionalism and dishonesty has been profound. Definitely cannot recommend going into business with these people. More
