Not usually someone who writes reviews but These guys were FANTASTIC! I own a 2007 hyundai elantra and took it in to get a couple of minor recalls performed. One of the recalls could not be per These guys were FANTASTIC! I own a 2007 hyundai elantra and took it in to get a couple of minor recalls performed. One of the recalls could not be performed because of a problem with a wiring harness. The wiring harness was no easy fix due to federal law because it controlled the airbag system. The service manager, Rob Manning, called me and expressed the issue and told me that he wanted to plead the case to hyundai about doing the repair at their expense, even though the vehicle was over warranty at 110,000 miles. He made the case for me and hyundai agreed to pay for the entire repair, about $4500. I was and am amazed at the level of customer care and professionalism at Hyundai of Bend. I don't usually write reviews but every once in a while you get a level of customer care that goes so far beyond your expectations that I felt that this is the absolute least that I could do. Thank you, thank you, thank Rob Manning and all of the service department at Hyundai of Bend. I will absolutely be recommending Hyundai and specifically Hyundai of Bend to anyone and everyone. Oh and one last thing, I had a door handle on the passenger side of the car that broke and I mentioned that I wanted it priced out to get repaired while they had it in the shop. They told me they would look into it for me and I didn't hear anything back for a few days. The next thing I know, they sent me an email that said my car was ready and they went ahead and fixed the door handle at no charge. Incredible!! More
