Salesperson Joe Basile and his sales manager could clearly care less about honesty and integrity. In October 2015, I drove to the dealer from Illinois to specifically look at a 2005 Honda Odyssey to use as a second vehicle for transporting my show dogs when I didn't need my big truck. Made an appointment with Joe Basile and test drove the Odyssey. Discussed that the radio seemed to get poor reception and he assured me it was just the area and the radio worked fine. Purchased the vehicle and picked it up a week later - no radio reception when I started it up in the parking lot and after driving it around the lot, Joe was able to find ONE radio station. Joe then opens a compartment to show me an aftermarket USB/audio jack that had been installed and told me I could listen to music from my phone instead of the radio. Left the dealer and was not able to get radio reception the entire trip home. Called Joe and asked him to look into it so the service department could get it fixed. Never heard another word from him, despite leaving numerous messages. So I called the Sales Manager who told me they sold the car "as-is" and despite Joe's representation the radio worked fine before I purchased it, they would do NOTHING to fix it. And he got downright nasty to boot! Joe Basile outright lied to me and hid the fact that an aftermarket device had been added to the car before I purchased it. This dealership could care less about honesty and service after the sale. The problem was easily fixed by a local audio shop for $175 by removing the defective aftermarket FM transmitter that had been installed and replacing it with a new USB/Audio Input unit that was plugged directly into the radio with a wiring harness, not the antenna. SHAME on you Joe Basile and Team Honda! More

We honestly, didn't anticipate finding one in within our price range. However, we were surprised! First we were greeted by a very helpful, friendly Sales Associate (Eddie Escalante). He understood what we were looking for, our price range and was very helpful. Ultimately, we found a car that was in our price range, test drove it, had our own mechanic check it out and left with a used car. Service was good from the time we talked in until after we left. This car dealership is the most underhanded that I have ever seen. They keep you in the car appointment forever trying to add on various packages to your new car purchase and you leave exhausted and frustr ever seen. Was at team Honda looking at a used car. We had to go find a sales man. Once Steve D. Whaley helped us (I might add he was not at all what I would call professional towards us) we decided to purchase the find a sales man. Once Steve D. We went inside and agreed on the price that HE told us they were asking for the car. I did not haggle or try to talk them down at all. I felt it was a good price. We went it to do the paper work and that's where it all went down hill. Steven kept walking away from his desk and talking to a coworker about what they were going to get for lunch. We could hear all of the conversation over the mini wall. Very rude and unprofessional in my opinion. He then told me that the paperwork was going though and that I should go find somewhere else to go sit (I was paying in full in cash that was in my hand). After he disapeared for about 25 minutes and not acting at all about us, he walked up to us with the sales manager and said they couldn't sell us the car. I asked why and he said that the price was too low and they had made a mistake. They raised the price by 3k and told me I could purchase the car for that. I had already signed paperwork saying I was going to buy the car for less and they refused to try some sort of middle ground with me at all. Over all, very terrible experience with Team Honda and I would not recommend them to anyone. Its very unprofessional to go back on a deal that's been signed and have been handed the keys saying "we will just run you though finance and you`ll be on your way" More
