At the signing, the sales person forgot to add the trailer hitch that we request several times during our conversation. He forgot it, in good faith we accepted his word that the cost was only $450 and that we could install it later. Lesson learned…good faith with your dealership is bad faith. No such deal. We ended up paying $770. Of course, thats after your dealership quoted us $770 and then tried to charge us $850. More
