He explained you were literarily about to close in 10 minutes but to come back into his area he gave me his business card which included cell number. I asked many questions, and he answer everyone of them beyond perfection and explained how your system of checking in worked and digital camera experience and feedback as well as the price and I had a coupon but expired but he said we will honor it give you $20.00 off. He explained the point checkup and I was sold. I was was truly impressed with his expertise and customer service he was that part puzzle I was missing to entice me to trust in you again! ! Eric is a integral part of Gillman team and he brought me back to you. Since 2020 I have not been back for services for my 2008 Honda Civic! Kudos to him! As for Zeth and Miguel they tagged team to do my service yesterday and truly appreciate their professionalism expertise and values that represent what Honda stands for Excellence! I arrived without an appointment and was helped immediately. Thuan was attentive to my problem, promptly located my car in the system, and took care of it.
