Excellent Customer Service! We all know that things don't always go as intended and that not all employees are going to care for customers in a way that reflects the values of We all know that things don't always go as intended and that not all employees are going to care for customers in a way that reflects the values of a company - this is what occured here. What's most impressive to me is that while I came in for a recall, somehow after a brief exchange John G from sales just seemed to know I was not totally satisfied/impressed with my previous experience for routine maintenance, that's when he jumped into action not only to reassure me that my experience was NOT at all what the standards of services I should have received and he made it his purpose to make things right AND to ensure that another customer didn't have a similar experience. The whole Gillman team shifted into gear Eric and forgive me for not recalling her name, but a young lady in management immediately jumped into action. The lengths in which the whole team responded to ensure a proper resolution was secured definitely left me feeling not only important but valued. Thank you to All of the staff that assisted with this matter but especially John G. We can't avoid issues from occuring only how we choose to respond when they do and I have to say this response was far beyond anything I could have expected!
