Joan was FANTASTIC! She was so attentive and kept me informed every step of the way. My last oil change was 3 hours there (I’m not kidding!), and Jaon reassured me that She was so attentive and kept me informed every step of the way. My last oil change was 3 hours there (I’m not kidding!), and Jaon reassured me that it would not happen again (and it didn’t). Her excellent customer service changed my whole outlook at Gillman and I will definitely return for service because of her! She is a gem. As an added bonus, my car was washed and I didn’t even ask for it! Thank you. More
