This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had buying a car. From top to bottom people here either do not care or are just trying to get your money. It seems like that is the culture and after dealing with them for 2 months I am convinced they this place is terrible. I had an incident the day I bought the car. Ann and Loretta with sales promised me a gift for the inconvenience. I called 2 weeks later and I was told it would be sent out the next morning. I waited and again called to see if I was getting anything. They said sorry they didn’t have in stock but would send me the gift the following morning. Another week goes by and I call back and they tell me for the 4th time that they will send me this gift in the mail. Anyway, I have not received any gift and I have requested to speak to the GM with the front desk lady and I have still not been able to get ahold of him. This culture is terrible and it doesn’t matter to me if the gift is a pen or pencil, it’s the principle and honesty that matters to me. If I could redo my purchase I would have gone to any of the other Honda dealerships. My cousin had a great experience with Honda fort bend and people were more responsive and helpful. Stay away from Gilman Honda north. More
