BUYERS BEWARE!! I bought a truck from Team. Got it home power washed it to find the power washer blew a hole in the rocker panel, & the hitch assembly due to hidden rust. Someone had patched the rocker tha power washed it to find the power washer blew a hole in the rocker panel, & the hitch assembly due to hidden rust. Someone had patched the rocker than painted it with chip gaurd, And patched the hitch and put a fresh coat of spray paint on it. Same with the rear fender wheel wells. The truck looked garage kept when I bought it. After the first week of owning it the rear fender paint started to bubble up. This is 1 week in on a $15,000 truck, unacceptable. The body shop said that the work was done shortly before I bought it which points back to team doing some quick fix work to turn a profit on a rusted out xxxxx. The kicker is I tried to talk to the manager Jim about the price when I was buying the truck which was about $900 over Kelly blue book value . He would not budge. With all the rust issues it’s not worth anywhere near what I paid for it. I asked them to buy the truck back or pay to fix the thousands of dollars of rust repair. To which there answer was I’ll try to get you $500. The manager was very rude during this whole process. He acted as if I was bothering him. Answering me with attitude, & disregard. I’ll never buy another vehicle from Team Factory Direct. I want to save someone else from getting robbed by this dealer ship. They should be ashamed of themselves. The truck has been a constant pain in my butt since I bought it and I’ve done nothing but sink money into it since the purchase. STAY AWAY FROM TEAM FACTORY DIRECT DUNCANSVILLE PA More
