Went to the dealership to buy a used car - BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM!!!!!! Do not go here - They will sell you a car for zero down payment and then call a 2 weeks later and tell you the bank did not appr SWITCH SCAM!!!!!! Do not go here - They will sell you a car for zero down payment and then call a 2 weeks later and tell you the bank did not approve and they will need $1500 down. No issue I go to the dealer to give them $1500 and then out of no where they say "Oh the paperwork was done wrong, We will need $2400 down and the rate will be 24.99%" Its a bait and switch scam and after talking to the salesmen about this issues and then the General Manager, Mr. Addy comes down from his office yelling at me out saying if I dont give them the $2400 down then they will repo my car. They are all jerks - I gave them the car back and went and bought a new Jeep at another dealership for $1500 down and a rate of 9% DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, THIS PLACE SUCKS AT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUNS A SCAM. Bought a 2008 F-150 and first of all, they were trying to get way more than truck was worth and also tried to jip me on my trade in. The Credit Union was actually the one who told them to lower the price and get way more than truck was worth and also tried to jip me on my trade in. The Credit Union was actually the one who told them to lower the price and up my trade in value. For a 13,000 dollar truck, it had the most horrible detail job. The real tipper was after 3 weeks of owning the truck the check engine light came on. I called and spoke to the original sales person that sold me the truck and asked that they please check it. He said they could check it for the in house cost of 100 dollars. Obviously a load in it self. You can buy a used computer for a couple hundred and it has a 90 day warranty but a 13,000 dollar truck, they cant even look at without gouging. I finally got it checked, it was the EGR Valve, so for 150 dollars they could have had a satisfied customer but no. Oh yeah, they also didnt file and pay my vehicle taxes, like they were supposed to. This has been the worse experience all my years purchasing vehicles. These people are rude, ignorant give you the run around and then they laugh at you. They all lied the whole time I was there. They wasted hours of my time for nothing more than to try to wear me down so I would give in and take their joke of a deal. The next day I got a phone call sayin hours of my time for nothing more than to try to wear me down so I would give in and take their joke of a deal. They handed me this line about me winning "crack the code" which was a "hoax". When I asked, they told me that meant I got all the discounts needed to get the car I wanted. The next day I show up to talk to the guy who called me and they said he wasn't there. I found out later he was there and the phone call was a lie just to get me in to try and sell me the car for an even bigger joke of a deal. So I told them what they could do with their deal and left. This dealership is full of liars. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from Addy's Harbor Dodge as possible. More

Classic bait and switch. I called to view one car, said I'll be there in twenty minutes, when I got there they said it was sold earlier that day. Although the salespeople are friendly, as they need to be in that field of work, I can't say they operate in an ethical way. There are better dealerships out there that I have bought from before and not felt swindled or pressured. More

Bill was a good sales person but *** in finance is a liar and very rude..I purchased a used car price of car was ok and payments were where i wanted them....Now i know my credit wasnt the best and i neeeded and very rude..I purchased a used car price of car was ok and payments were where i wanted them....Now i know my credit wasnt the best and i neeeded a co-signer which I had, we worked the deal and everything was fine....Well so I thought....Two weeks later I receive a call from Jim or may be Glenn saying I needed to bring the car in so they could take a picture of the car for the finacing company..ok well i wasnt goint to rush back because i had been there three times already so they should have had the picture they needed in my opinion before they even sold the car..well 4 days later I still hadnt went back 45 miles for a picture because I have a life that doesnt include running to addys harbor for them to take a picture...Well the finance manager calls and is very rude telling me it had to be done that day and they couldnt come to me to take the picture, but they could go to my co signer house for her to sign the contract...WOW so i go that night only to find out that the financing didnt go through the way they thought it was and my payment were being raised due to an increase in the intrest rate...So at this point I am pissed not because of the financing but becuase I was lied to about a freakin picture (what did he think I wouldnt have come back) so he had to lie to me when all he had to say was there was an issue with financing and we need you to come in to go over the options point blank. instead of being rude as if it was my fault they didnt have a picture. When I went in I was honest about my credit situation and my car trade in and all I never gave them any reason to feel like they had to lie to me.. Needless to say I signed the new papaers but will never go back and will NEVER recommend them to anyone....All because of the liar that called me from financing and how rude he was......So if you ever buy a car from them and tey call you and say you need to come back for a picture just know that it is a lie.....
