The technician that worked on my truck 5 Stars. The issues: Strike 1: The "Service Advisor" that I had was subpar on knowing the status of my vehicle after 3 hours for a battery check. Strike 2 The issues: Strike 1: The "Service Advisor" that I had was subpar on knowing the status of my vehicle after 3 hours for a battery check. Strike 2: Professionals and taking responsibility lacking blamed the 3 hours of not knowing the status on being busy and that he also took a lunch break. (He treated me like a number not a customer, his facial expression were as if I was an inconvenience.) I was very clear on my expectations on being kept informed from that moment forward. Strike 3: He failed to keep me informed by the agreed 30 minutes time of the status. (This was a second chance to redeem his self from the previous lack of action or caring that he demonstrated.) Talked to a member in Management of my concerns. I also gave him my contact information on Friday 3 Jan and left it again on Monday 6 Jan with the Service Department. If I had been kept informed and professional this could have been a 5 Star visit. Take responsibility for your actions and remember that we thr customer is why he even has a job. (I will not put his name on this forum but I will never use him again and may never used this dealership as a result.) More

I purchased a Cadillac SRX from Team and drove home knowing some repairs had to be made. Two days later the car would not start so I purchased a new battery for $240.00 which they refused to compensate knowing some repairs had to be made. After dealing with them they are certainly not the dealership they claim they are. Its all about the bottom line not the customer. Buyer beware !!!! From Brianna in Sales to Braxton in the service department I couldn't ask for anything better. After having the worst experience at another Chevy location. I had a service issue with my Chevy Cruze Braxton gave me full details on what to do, they even came to Jacksonville to pick up my vehicle. Well in the end I ended up with a better option and Brianna was there to the rescue. She made the lengthy purchase of my used car fly by fast. Even the dealer Jasent was sweet and kind and had me feeling so comfortable about my purchase. You would expect to be treated as a client but I was treated like family. Braxton and Brianna are a perfect team, I would hate for this company to loose them. Jasent is the best, he is knowledgeable, straight to the point, and sweet. Thank you for making my experience 5 Star everytime More
