Bought a 2021 trail boss for 48500. Salesman told me the truck was a demo and he did tell me there was a carfax accident on it . He literally kicked the hitch and said it was rear ended Salesman told me the truck was a demo and he did tell me there was a carfax accident on it . He literally kicked the hitch and said it was rear ended and the only damage was the hitch . No big deal : I decided I wanted a diesel so only after one week I started looking . Team Chevy did not have the truck I was looking for and could not trade for one . I went to other dealers 4 of them and they all said the accident hurt the value of my truck and the multiple owners didn’t help either . My value dropped 6500 dollars in 2 weeks . The worst thing was I got a picture of my truck in a accident with the passenger side door smashed in so was it I. 2 accidents . Total BS . I begged this dealership to buy my truck back even at a thousand dollar lost to me . There manager BILLY could care less and offered me 6500 dollars less then what I just paid 2 weeks ago . I put maybe 200 miles on the truck . I’m 52 years old and have bought 7 different Chevy trucks . This dealership is garbage and please don’t wast your time with this place . I tried to email there president but of course it was I invalid email . Team Chevy is garbage More

Purchased used 2018 Silverado plus warranty package. ...truck was inspected with no issues...5 months later I take it in for radio issues and was contacted by service with a long list of stay that needed ...truck was inspected with no issues...5 months later I take it in for radio issues and was contacted by service with a long list of stay that needed to be done besides the radio replacement. And wouldnt you know it none of it covered under warranty. So I had to pay a diagnostic fee of $160.00 to tell me my radio is bad without the tech ever turning radio on an attempting to use it. Live and Learn!!! More
