Mislead I called on a weds to come in and test drive a vehicle the following Friday. Plans changed and I had to call Thirs morning to reschedule my test driv I called on a weds to come in and test drive a vehicle the following Friday. Plans changed and I had to call Thirs morning to reschedule my test drive for Thurs evening. I was told "no problem! We look forward to seeing you tonight!". I took a few hours of vacation so I could leave work early and make it to the dealership in time before they closed. I drive 2 hours through Charlotte traffic. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by my saleswoman and the admin that scheduled my appointment. They proceeded to tell me that the vehicle was sold last night. Immediately the saleswoman wanted to take me around the lot and hinted towards buying a "newer model" truck. I explained to her I didn't want a newer model truck. I wanted the truck I scheduled an appointment for. I understand vehicles can sell quickly without notice but to purposely mislead me into coming in for a test drive that you already know was sold is flat out lying. I dread the car buying experience and it's because reasons like this. I had a blank check in my pocket and was prepared to drive a vehicle away tonight. I walked out and will not return, nor will I recommend this dealership. Team Chevrolet of Salisbury is no different than most of your crooked and misleading car dealerships. You've been warned. More

Overall great experience I made my first ever car purchase through Team Chevrolet, I had a lengthy commute but to make everything easier for me the process was very quick and I made my first ever car purchase through Team Chevrolet, I had a lengthy commute but to make everything easier for me the process was very quick and I was in and out so I could get back on the road in no time. They kept it low pressure and even added some extras to the deal we made which I loved. The staff there is superb, they help you with anything from syncing your phone to showing you where the best places for food our after your visit with them. It's hard to point out two individuals but I'd like to give a special thanks to Keith Brown and Kristin Dillard. They were great to deal with and made you feel at home not like your just buying a car, they made it fun and easy and stress free. More
