We were burned and left with a bad taste in our mouth. We walked in Team Chevrolet on defense, guarded, expecting another bad experience but Team Chevrolet were amazing! They understood our frustrations and we feel they went over and beyond to make this experience the best ever. I can’t remember everyone’s name but Nick, Vance, & Kaitlyn were great to work with. I cannot say enough about how hard Team worked at making right what another dealership had done. Our next vehicle purchase will be with Team Chevrolet and by the way, we love our Tahoe! Poor Customer Service and Waste of My Tme!!!!!!!!!!!! Called the dealership about a 2019 Corvette,talked with a finance manager on phone with my intentions of trading in my car. Already had a appraisal fr Called the dealership about a 2019 Corvette,talked with a finance manager on phone with my intentions of trading in my car. Already had a appraisal from another Chevy Dealership. He advised to send in VIN and pictures of my trade in due to my distance from the dealership. Same was done and I was dealing with Amy Foster on the phone. Amy sent a form in email and a blind appraisal was completed. Never heard back from Amy and after 3 hours she text me saying she was sending it to her manager. Another two hours and no response. Called the dealership three times and they said Amy was at one of the dealership but didnt know which one. FINALLY after the forth call I was informed AMY had left early and the manger had left early also. So waste my time which is valuable to me, i don't care what AMY or the MANAGER thinks. I wasn't on the grounds but I was trying to get information on a deal.To me the customer comes first,which at TEAM CHEVY this is not a goal. IN ALL THOSE HOURS WASTED SOMEBODY COULD HAVE RAN NUMBERS FOR A BILL OF SALE.But no,lets go home early and leave the customer hanging! Next day no response adter email and texting.Called and ask if anyone could help me. Seana Corsale emailed me,why didnt AMY? Bill of sale with ridiculous numbers and no were what I was told by the first manager I talked with before I started this whole process. sent email to Seana and advised her the price was ridiculous and I see where they was not giving me the true trade in value I was told. Of course I was they would contact me if the price changed. Then received a email from Amy about giving them a chance.I emailed her back and still no response from her. I have everything time stamped with email and texts,so when I call GM Corporate to make a complaint, it will be documented. I have never dealt with a Chevy dealer that is so unprofessional.So these Business development manager teams need to go back to school to learn customer relations. More
