Bought it with broken AC & they said “yupp we’ll get that fixed, especially since you bought the extended warranty with it”! Here I am almost to my 45 day mark & they kept my car for 4 hours & fixed nothing! fixed, especially since you bought the extended warranty with it”! Here I am almost to my 45 day mark & they kept my car for 4 hours & fixed nothing! Then come to pick it up after being inconvenienced all day without my car, & now we have to wait for the warranty to be approved! How?! It’s in the contract! So that’s gonna be about 2 weeks of waiting THEN we schedule me to drop it off for another 3-4 hours but the techs are booked out 3-4 weeks!!! So it’s middle-end of June & me & my family are driving around in our new car with no AC (super hot air blowing)! No expediting services are being provided & I will hopefully have AC after 2-3 months of owning this car. More

We’ve bought 3 cars from Taylor’s over the past 11 years from Jay, Cole, and David and have been happy with each purchase. And Cole helped us by talking to the warranty company to ensure they covered the from Jay, Cole, and David and have been happy with each purchase. And Cole helped us by talking to the warranty company to ensure they covered their end when parts were needed. Also Hunter and David showed me that they value their customers by putting in a request to their General Manager to cover parts and labor that were not covered in the warranty but they felt should have been covered. Unless I win a car in a raffle, I will definitely use Taylor’s for our next purchase. Leo More

Taylor’s AutoMax has great employees that work with you and help anyway they can to get you into the vehicle you want. I have nothing negative to say. Daniel Szabo is the go to guy at Taylor’s ACR in my op and help anyway they can to get you into the vehicle you want. I have nothing negative to say.
