I am currently in the Air Force and assigned to Greenland. Jerry assisted me with my purchase of a used Chevy silverado. Jerry was also willing to look up the vehicles once I advised him what I was looking for. He then made it possible for my brother to conduct the test drive for me, this made it possible for me to learn if there was anything wrong with the truck. The last thing that Jerry did was helped me get a low price, and low monthly payments. He then introduced me to Jason who aided me in getting an extended service plan for the truck. Great dealership and customer service! The online service was an easy process. We live in Billings and liked Taylor's Auto Max and Pat McCarthy so we bought a Subaru from them and had it delivered instead o was an easy process. We had shopped around and did not originally go to this dealership since we had heard they are the most expensive. We finally called and told them what we were looking for and what we were willing to do f dealership since we had heard they are the most expensive. He had a list to us immediately and was willing to drive vehicles to our home for us to look at. He did not show us anything that was not what we wanted or less than desirable. We felt that there was nothing "hidden" in his communication. He offered up Car fax reports and Vehicle maintanence racords. I purchased the car on the internet and it was a very rare cars in my lifetime and this was by far the best experience I have ever had from a dealer. I purchased the car on the internet and it was a very rare Audi S6 Avant of which only 400 were imported to the US. I had been looking for one of these for three years and when I found it at Taylors I immediately called them and purchased the car just from the pictures I had seen on the internet and from there description. They shipped the car to me on one of there own transport trucks and the car arrived in two days and was everything they said it was and more. The salesman Doug Williams was a gem to deal with. I cannot say enough nice things about these guys. More
