When it came time to trade in my SUV for a minivan I thought, "oh lord I have to deal with a car salesman," and then I met Ron. He is not your typical saleman. He is relaxed and patient. In our past experiences, car buying has been a negative experience but Jay made this experience very enjoyable, extremely fast, and incredibly easy. There wasn't much need to haggle for a price. We made an offer, they countered, and then we cut through all the usual BS by everyone meeting in the middle. We ran into some problems with the truck after buying it that we thought they should help us with... and they did because Jay talked with the owners on our be-half (we didn't even know he did this until we received a call with the good news). We had heard previously that Taylor's was a good place to buy a car and that we should talk to Jay if we went there. We are VERY glad we listened to our friends' advice.
