Jay has been absolutely wonderful in helping us through the paperwork and making it possible to get the car we wanted. We noticed right away the relaxed atmosphere and the lack of pressure. I emailed Taylors Auto Max about a trade of my Harley Road King. Within just a few hours Tom Budiselic telephoned me at my home some 90 miles away from the dealership. HOLY mackerel Jay is absolutely the best at his job. He works hard for his customers and will undoubtedly ensure that you have a good experience. Jay was very patient,helpful, and knowledgeable when it came to assisting me in choosing a vehicle. He was not the type of "car salesman" that told you what you wanted to hear, or pushed you into a quick d came to assisting me in choosing a vehicle. He was not the type of "car salesman" that told you what you wanted to hear, or pushed you into a quick deal. He tells the customer the way it is and, although he is a wealth of knowledge, did not ramble on for hours about inanimate car facts. He seemed like a really down to earth guy that placed safety and performance above all else. Also, he would visit with us on test drives about much more than just the vehicle, sharing personal facts and stories with us, which reflects that he is very personable. He even took time out of his day to explain some advanced features on a Buick that was recently purchased from a seperate dealership by my 86 year old mother in law. Tom was very nice to deal with, he took care of some things that I wanted done on the car. The only thing I was disappointed in was feeling pressure from another sales person that came into the picture- things that I wanted done on the car. The only thing I was disappointed in was feeling pressure from another sales person that came into the picture-he wanted to make a deal that day which I ended up doing. I like the Acadia, just wished I had taken more time to look around- this car did not have all the options I wanted and the price was more than I wanted, but did get affordable payments. The only other negative experience was not holding my check until I transferred funds like they said they would, (which cost me a bank fee) Tom did apologize for the misunderstanding, but Taylor's did not reimburse me for their mistake. But overall, I would recommend Tom and deal with him again. More
