Jay was very friendly and knowledgeable. I usually dislike dealing with car dealerships as I usually get high pressured. In the past with other dealers I felt as they would sell us a vehicle whether it was reliable or not and say whatever it took just to get a sale, Jay definately did not make us feel that way. The staff were also all friendly, this made for a positive experience. The atmosphere was "homey" and we immediately felt comfortable. I will be recommending this car dealership to people and I will most definately have them contact Jay so that they will have a positive experience while looking to purchase a vehicle. Me and my wife made the trip to Taylor's to get an idea of what we could get with better gas milage. We ended up getting a 2010 equinox and traded in our 2007 explorer. Steve responded to my on line search and we set a time for me to come in. He was very friendly and attentive to my wants and needs. We looked at several cars and went for a test drive. Went in mostly just looking to get an idea of what I would be looking at for a used diesel truck when the wife's suburban was paid off. Found a truck I liked and the wife said you can get your truck if would be looking at for a used diesel truck when the wife's suburban was paid off. Found a truck I liked and the wife said you can get your truck if I can get this car. I had done my research prior to heading in so alread knew what trade in on the suburban would be. Trade-in allowance was extremely close to what we were expecting. Needless to say the wife and I both were extremely happy when we left with what we wanted. I purchased a 2007 3/4 ton crew cab diesel 4X4 and the wife got a 2010 Dodge Charger. Both of us got good waranties and left with a total combined vehicle payment that was less than what the payment had been for just the suburban. I will definitely go back again if I am in the market for a used car. Have kids that are getting close to driving so may be back in the next year or so. The wife said there was no way that we could work the deal we recieved. When Taylor's says "the only NO you will hear is no problem" they definitely mean it. Excellent experience. Tom worked for me for almost two years to make my purchase at Taylor's a perfect fit. He looked for what I wanted, didn't pressure and called me periodically to see how things were g years to make my purchase at Taylor's a perfect fit. We closed the deal late at night and again Tom was there to the end making sure I was happy. They gave me a fair price on the trade and I know that someone will be happy with my trade later. The Taylor team took the time to work with me, understood my wants and always made me feel good about my choices.
