We were greeted immediately by Mr. Lipnickey as soon as we pulled in the lot. He was extremely cordial from the beginning. Jay has been very helpful with all four sale deals that we have had at Taylors. He is very welcoming and open armed in walking you through your car buying experence weather it is your first time or your tenth time. I would highly recommend him to everyone as we have and would again recommend family and friends his direction. After the deal he will still go above and beyond and help you with any problems and or questions that may arise. As well as he stands by the sale of the car. I went to Taylor's looking for a newer vehicle than what I had. Gary Lipnickey was the salesman who helped me. He showed me several vehicles and answered all of my questions about them. My experience was definitely not what I had expected to receive as the were highly recommended and on their website I did like what I read. Well I met up with Jack who was very friendly and helpful and I receive as the were highly recommended and on their website I did like what I read. Well I met up with Jack who was very friendly and helpful and I do appreciate that he tried hard to get me into a vehicle however there were many things that ruined my experience. There was no mention on price until after I sat for two hours and then I did feel pressured into having to come up with a few more hundred dollars for a down than was already talked about... Well I figured it would be worth it as I really liked the vehicle... Test drive of the vehicle was good no problems... Well I purchased it and thought I was happy... Well 3 hrs later taking my kid to practice the perform service light came on... I called jack and told him... A couple hours after that the air conditioner started making a loud obnoxious noise... The next morning the guages died and all the service lights came on. It went to the shop that day. Needed ignighter switch and I wouldnt get the vehicle til another day later... I called jack that night and the next morning cause I forgot to ask about the air conditioner.... He said he would test drive it after the repair. They called me later that day saying it was fixed...I drove away turning ac on since it was 86 degrees and it still squealed along with some banging and a burning smell... It went out.. Obviously no test drive done after the repair. Went back and asked for a manager getting Brian... I tried to explain what happened nearly in tears because I bought this car and within 24 hrs it has all these issues... His response exact words " do you know how much that ignighter switch cost me?" Followed by I'm not trying to sound rude.... Being in customer service for 7 yrs I would have lost my job for that response and I will never forget it. Last time I was trained, customer service was about listening to customer needs, trying to assist, maybe show some concern or empthy... I walked away.... Jack called me shortly back and I took the vehicle back again... He saw the ac/heater didn't work so told me to bring back Monday since it was Friday evening... Over the weekend my friend was in the backseat and says it smells a little like exhaust...he looked under car and it didn't have an exhaust pipe.... Monday I took vehicle back to fix ac and mentioned exhaust, jack said he would see...I go pick the vehicle up later Monday because parts were needed for ac and jack said no to the exhaust issue... I said ok whatever... Well Friday comes around and I haven't herd anything all week. I called and asked about the parts, they said oh yes they are in. I then was scheduled for Monday for service. I thought to myself, thanks for the call when the parts got in - not... Anyways again Monday I take the jeep back up and a few hours later I get a call it's done... I go up there, get in and the ac still doesn't turn on. I was frustrated I went up there for nothing.... They put it back in the shop... Hours later I get a call saying it is finally fixed... They had mixed up jeeps and put the parts in the wrong one... So finally I drive away hopefully done with this nightmare... I was extremely dissatisfied with the service as I was inconvienced several times, with seven different trips up there juggling around my schedule...wasting my time, gas and patience. I was offered nothing for the inconvience... My expectations after reading about this company were left unmet, I get that I got a used vehicle as is, but for the amount I paid I expected a good quality vehicle as you advertise, not one needing work and I figured if it went through the ase inspection it would be ok...and when it should be an exciting experience to get a new vehicle has been anything but that. Now when people ask about my new car... I don't have anything positive to say at the moment...which bothers me because I deserved to write a good review like most already have. I called requesting to speak to Jim Taylor jr, gave my info and was told I'd get a callback...I never did... Really I just felt i deserved to vent as the website and reviews promote so much more than the experience I had. So here is me venting, guess you can't please everyone but I know I will never come back nor recommend this company to anyone... At the end, all I got customer service wise, was an I'm sorry and there is a muffler shop down the street that can put a pipe on for fifteen dollars.. Wow thanks.. More
