We were asked to sign an AS IS sales acceptance rather than given any amount of time to contact you with concerns. Now we have great concern about the overall condition of the vehicle mechanically. Why...good business practice would have given us at least 24 hours. We already discovered the automatic lock problem with the passenger door prior to signing the purchase. We chose to fix this in Helena rather than drive back to Great Falls. Only to save ourselves the cost of additional gas. More

This is the 2nd vehicle we have bought from Taylors in the last 6 months! I enjoyed the low pressure approach from salesman Tom Budiselic. I have had experiences with the Litha Dealership that we very high pressure. The sales manager wouldnt budge on the price and they were no Budiselic. I have had experiences with the Litha Dealership that we very high pressure. The people at Taylor's were without exception, professional, helpful, and wanted very much for me to have a reliable car that I can get to and from work in. Exceptional job by Ron, when my son and I were there, he brought us hot dogs because we hadn't had time to grab anything to eat that day. He seemed genuinely interested in working with me. he told me to come in and the he can show me something that may fit my needs. He showed me one that was out of my price range, so i thought. the folks at taylors was able to negotiate pricing to fit my income and the next day i drove out with the truck ive been looking for!
