It's no surprise why Tom Budiselic is the number 1 car salesman at Taylors for 3 years running. Congrats Tom Back in 2010 I was looking to trade in my truck for a newer model. I drove into Taylors ju salesman at Taylors for 3 years running. Congrats Tom Back in 2010 I was looking to trade in my truck for a newer model. I drove into Taylors just to look around. Tom Budiselic was the salesman that came up to me and gave me his card. After a few weeks of calls and test drives I found the truck I wanted. Tom was able to get me a great deal for my trade and a super deal and the truck I wanted. So it was a no brainer on who I was going to go to when it came time to trade in my wives car. Tom was very patient with us over a 2 month period while my wife and I test drove more than 8 vehicles. After my wife found the one she wanted Tom went straight to work and got us the price we wanted for our trade and the new car on the first try. He didn't do the "Used car sales dance" that most all car lots will try. It took less than 5 minutes to get the deal done. I call him Tom instead of Mr. Budiselic because after 3 years of dealing with Taylors Automax, Tom is a friend, not just a car salesman. He goes above and beyond what most people would think a car salesman would/should do for a customer. Taylors shows that Customer Satisfaction is more important than Customer Sales. I recommend this dealership over all others. More

Upon going to Taylors Auto Max, Jay Schabarker came over to see if he could be of assistance in anyway. I explained I needed a car and was looking for an SUV. Just continued to answer my questions. After driving some I settled on a Subaru. After driving home I found I could not program my garage door opener in the vehicle. Jay came again to the rescue, and after work stopped by to program it even tho he had other things planned for that evening. not often you find a salesperson so knowledgeable and patient, going beyond his job to help another. Finally, a car salesman that my husband was comfortable and happy to deal with. We purchase a used 2007 Dodge 4x4 along with an extended service agreement. We traded in a 2009 Ford F150 (that we hated) a and happy to deal with. We purchase a used 2007 Dodge 4x4 along with an extended service agreement. We traded in a 2009 Ford F150 (that we hated) and felt Jack worked hard to give us the best deal he possibly could. He was knowledgeable and personable without coming across as being a hard core pushy saleman - we appreciated that. The Dodge originally came with only one fob key (our only disappointment) but Jack managed to get ahold of a second fob key which we picked up last week. I would also like to mention that it was a real bonus to be reimbursed for our first set of plates on the vehicle. We definately had a good Taylor experience and are enjoying our new used purchase.
