This was the best experience ever. My husband and I were looking to purchase a car for my eldest daughter whom was involved in an accident resently. We were looking to purchase another Dodge Durango and sa looking to purchase a car for my eldest daughter whom was involved in an accident resently. We were looking to purchase another Dodge Durango and saw one listed on Taylor's Automax website. Jay took the time out to let us look at the Durango that was still within the garage getting a once over. Jay checked with the Service Department to find out what was going on with the vehicle and it sounded like this might be the car for us. While waiting to see if this is the car for us, My husband and I went home and decided to look on their website again because our gut feeling told us that there may be more issues with the Durango than we were wanting to have to deal with. So upon looking at the other used cars that were listed we came across a Chevy Uplander that seemed the right fit. We immediately called Jay and advised him that we would like the Uplander instead and advised him that we want a good deal on this vehicle. Jay stated not to worry that he would most definitely do better that another dealer. Jay advised us that the Uplander wasn't on the lot in Great Falls. My husband and I stated to Jay that we were okay with driving to Fort Benton to pick it up. Without hesitation, Jay stated "NO" that in good conscience he wanted us to have an opportunity to see the car before we go forward in our purchase. Jay advised that he wanted to get in touch with the Fort Benton location to get the vehicle driven down to Great Falls. Within in 3 minutes Jay contacted us back to advise that the Uplander was on its way to us. He stated that we would expect it on the lot by 3:00 pm. Without fail we received a call from Jay stating that the car was ready for us to look at. I was floored because when Car Dealers advise of something most times you are waiting around forever and Jay delivered as he stated. That is a plus in my book. When my husband and I reached the dealership the list price of the care was $10,595 and we made an offer of $8850.00 and got it without and haggling. We were in and out of the dealership within 30 minutes. Now that is customer service. Thank you Jay for making our experience a positive one. You ask WHY? This is Why? This purchase was the best experiance ever. I have purchased several vehicles in the past from other dealerships and this one was the best by far. Cathy was awesome. Very friendly and answered all of our questions right on the spot. This was the most painless experiance ever. Usually it takes hours at the other dealerships to get financing and fill out paperwork and this one was done in about an hour. We came in to finalize the deal and fill out the financing paperwork Friday night and was all done in about an hour. I applied over the phone with Cathy and she called me right back as soon as i was approved. I took her in the paperwork she requested and the next evening after work the deal was done. Truck is awesome and my daughter is very excited to get this as a gift for Christmas. Thank You Cathy and John for the best service ever. Very Happy Customer. More

James remained very patient while I test drove multiple vehicles trying to figure out what I wanted. I originally went to Taylor's AutoMax to find out information on the location of a 2011 Ford F-150 that ended up being on their Fort Benton lot and not their Great Falls one. Expecting to have to drive up to Fort Benton myself in order to take a look at the truck, I was happily suprised when Ron immediatly called the other lot and had them drive the truck 30 minutes out of their way just so I could take a look at it. Their great service has continued through the purchase of the vehicle and Ron was truely a pleasure to work with. Having already had a sour experience with other dealerships its nice to see that Ron at Taylor's AutoMax is committed to his customers. More
My husband and I last fall had financed a vehicle last fall from Taylors ACR (2006 Kia Sportage). The whole experience was awesome, very well taken care of and everything went smoothly. I loved the gas mileage it got, but it was very uncomfortable and only 2 wheel drive. So when we found out my husband's settlement check was being mailed, I went in to ask a sales associate on the best way to pay off the current vehicle and get into a different one. I was greeted by Dave and he explained the whole process to me. Which was a lot simpler than I had expected. I also hadn't expected Dave to start the paperwork process, as I just went in to ask a simple question. But I am very glad he updated all of our information and got an apprasial on our old vehicle. I was also given a list of all the documents we would need, which I was glad to have as it gave me time to get everything in order before the check arrived. I had originaly told him that we were interested in Ford Explorer's or something that was 4 wheel drive. A few days later I had been looking on taylorsautomax.com at different 4 wheel drives. That is when we found a 2011 Ford Escape and both my husband and I knew that was the vehicle we wanted. We knew the settlement check had been mailed, so it was just a matter of a waiting game, but we wanted to go and look at the vehicle in person and test drive it. We test drove it on a Saturday night and after the test drive I WAS IN LOVE! Monday morning the settlement check arrived. I called Dave up and told him to start all the paperwork. We then hit a roadblock at the bank. Because of the size of the check, the bank put a 5 business day hold on the check. I had to call Dave and give him the bad news, but he was very understanding and told me to stop in and put a small deposit on the Escape. To make sure it wasn't sold out from under us. Which we were very thankful he suggested. Then the waiting game started..... Dave called us a few days later (Friday, December 07) to tell us we could finalize all the paperwork that day and drive home in our new vehicle. So that afternoon we went in and finalized everything and drove home in our 2011 Ford Escape. The week following there was a few paperwork problems on the lenders end, but Dave helped us every step of the way. From the very first moment I met Dave he was very professional, understanding, and polite. He helped us every step of the way to get us into an awesome vehicle. He went above and beyond to help make this as painless as possible for us. And overall he just made us feel so welcome. We were treated with dignity and respect. Which was very important to us. More
We recently were in a position where we needed a new car. We had contacted Mr. Stinar by phone about working on getting our family into a vehicle that would accomodate our disabled daughter. We were able to do a lot of the paperwork over the phone which was extremely helpful as my husband is often out of town during the week, and we were able to finalize the paperwork in a couple of hours. Mr. Stinar was extremely helpful and made the buying experience a simple and pleasent endeavor, which is something has never happened before.
