I was delighted with the customer service - I submitted an "email alert" for a Jeep Liberty with less than 100,000 miles last weekend, and within 24 hours I received an email from Taylor's - they had just an "email alert" for a Jeep Liberty with less than 100,000 miles last weekend, and within 24 hours I received an email from Taylor's - they had just received exactly what I was looking for. I looked at the Taylor's website and reviewed the details of the Jeep, but noticed that there was only a stock photo. I emailed Taylor's asking if they had any actual photos of the Jeep, and within an hour I received 19 high-quality photos from Todd Smith. Talk about service! That did it - I was in the showroom the next day, and drove away a few hours later with my new "dream Jeep!" Thank you Todd, Gary, and Tom! More
It was one of the best car buying experiences that I have ever had. Tom was the initial point of contact and was pulled to another cutomer. Ron Cooper stepped in and is exceptionally personable. He literally worked for me by finding out what I wanted & what my needs/concerns were, then by getting the whole ball rolling. He answered every question - & I had a lot - and was extremely attentive, going out of his way to accommodate me. I've never seen such service. He even introduced to different folks working at Taylor's, which made the experience very comfortable. I fell very satisfied with the whole situation...and I LOVE my car! I totaled my car in an accident a few weeks ago and I was very busy with finals so I really didn't have time to look around. The staff was so kind from the moment I stepped on the lot. I wasn't even planning on trading in my car until later this summer, but a vehicle (GMC Acadia) caught my eye, so I turned into the dealership to look at it. Dave Stinar was right there to help me and I started asking him about it, as well as the Ford Explorer they had on display. He asked if I wanted to take the Acadia for a test drive. It was a great car but I was looking for a little bit more… When we got back to Taylor’s he asked if I wanted to test drive anymore and I mentioned that I wasn’t looking to trade in right now and he wasn’t pushy and respected that. He asked me if I wanted to go at least look at the Ford Explorer and I did want to. The Explorer was a dream. It had everything I was looking for in my next vehicle, only trouble was that I wasn’t ready to trade. I explained to Dave my situation and he offered for me to talk to Tim Anderson (finance), so I said sure. After talking to Tim, he assured me they could make me an offer I couldn’t refuse, so I dared him. After a little debate back and forth (with myself) on whether or not to wait till later or not, I couldn’t resist. These guys took care of this deal! As well as John Zuris (business dept), taking care of all the tedious paperwork that comes with trading cars. He and Dave stayed after business hours to take care of my new Explorer’s paperwork. Thanks Guys! It is so refreshing to not feel bullied or pressured into buying a car. They are down to earth and very easy to talk to and make you feel like they want you in the right car for you, and not to just make a sale. We bought a car from here about a month ago. This was my first time buying a used car and I was a little apprehensive about the sales pitch. James was very personable and non-pressuring. They immediately gave us a fair deal on the car which was at Kelley Blue Book and the Edmunds price. I waited a few days to make a decision and also because I couldn't concede on not negotiating that much. Taylor's went down a bit more in price, which appeased my desire for a bit of negotiation, and we decided to purchase the car. We had originally been pre-approved for finance, but told Taylor's we would finance through them if they could get our interest rate lower, which they were able to. We also decided to trade in our car, which I couldn't believe the price we were given...far above Kelley Blue Book and Edmunds. I know it was priced fairly higher than the estimated price, but I have to assume that the buyer of that car would have done their research with how much the car was worth. I wanted to wait a while to give a review to have time to be in the car. So far we have had no problems and any issue we've had with titles, registration and financing since have been attended to and resolved very timely. James has always gotten back to us quickly and when he said he was going to. I am very happy with our purchase and would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car. More
