Overall Good Experience But Mr Sanders was knowlegable and easy to work with. He put us on quite a few vehicles before we found what we needed, on the second visit. Dave in finance went above and beyond for us, as we were working with an out of state credit union and much paperwork had to be faxed back and forth. The only hitch came as we were transferring our belongings to the new vehicle. We found out then there was only one key to the new one and it would cost about $200 to get a second. At a bare minimun, I think we should have gotten a programmed key at dealer cost. Had we not found out about the one key issue at the last minute, we might still be looking as my wife was even more unhappy than myself. More

I went looking online at several dealers and only found a few that would be new enough and with in my price. Jay Schabarker was well informed on the truck that had picked out to go on a test drive. I did find some things that would need to be addressed before I signed to buy. They took care of the problems and got me an even better price then what I offered. I was also on a tight time frame to come down and get the truck and sign the papers, I was in and out in less then 45 min. Great job from everyone that was involved with me getting a new truck!!
