The salesman yelled at me said I couldn't park on their lot and walk to the other lot. I was embarrassed then angry I meant no harm so I left and bought my car from an independent owner. This time in my quest for a car I stayed away from Taylor's went to a competitors and again wandered into acr which I came to find out was Taylor's lucky only after James and I were on a test drive. James wasn't pushy he knew I was just testing the waters. I decided to let them check out my truck for trade the next day realizing what I needed was out of the question. 4 hours later they were able to work a deal. Totally amazing and the 5 other employees that i encountered were great probably realizing I was a little high maintance. Lol. Long story short great experience thanks to James More

Respectful, outstanding service I decided it was time for my husband to get an upgrade. I went in and spoke with James and told him what I was looking for. I've purchased vehicles in the past and had some exasperating experiences dealing with salesman that didn't respect my ability to purchase a vehicle "all by myself." None of that here!! Next week my wife and I went back down to test drive the truck, we loved it, purchased it same day on Sunday afternoon. All the personnel at Taylor's we were in contact with treated us with respect and were very courteous throughout the whole process. Used Trailblazer Arrived at dealer before doctor appointment, told them what I wanted. Couldn't finance the Cadillac because it was too old. Was told by salesman that he would find something in my price range with zero dollars down. Within an hour I received a call back from James Winters telling me that he had a Chevy Trailblazer that I could finance with zero down. Payments were within budget. And upon getting home to show my girlfriend her new vehicle. Her response? "I've never owned such a nice vehicle at a great price." Yes, he got it for "me", but because I'll be making the payments, he had to make sure it is within my price range. It's great!!!!! Thank you James for finding the perfect vehicle for me. More

Vehicle for son 11 years ago I went to Taylor's about trading in a car for a new-used vehicle and they would not even try and work with me. BUT 11 years later there w 11 years ago I went to Taylor's about trading in a car for a new-used vehicle and they would not even try and work with me. BUT 11 years later there was a couple of cars at Taylor's that my son really liked so we went and looked at them and James Winters was very professional, very willing to help us anyway he could. My son test drove three vehicles at this time and narrowed it down to two. James stated for him to think on it and to come back with our trades and see where we would stand on the value of the trades. We made an appt. with James to come back Sunday. Upon arriving at Taylor's James was right there ready to get to work on our deal and kept us informed on what was going on. He took my son for one more test drive with both vehicles so he could make a sound choice. The gentleman that worked on appraising our trades was also very professional and very willing to give us the best possible price. My son chose a Chevy 1/2 ton pickup and the deal was done. This experience with Taylor's was a very positive outcome (nothing like the one 11years ago) and I am very pleased with how we was treated by all the employees. James was not pushy which was a blessing, he also encouraged my son to think on his decision so my son would feel he made the best choice for him. I would like to say that is not always the case with most car salesman and I would like to stress that James Winters was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. My biggest concern at that time was to get the best economy sized car with the best gas mileage. I have an autistic son who was experiencing seizures and due with all of his physicians in different states that's a lot of driving. He was a god send then and moving to yesterday a god send now. No longer needing to travel and with the onset of puberty with my son, well the car I had no longer fit him. He is going on 6 ft and that was last August. I mentioned my concerns with Jim at that time and advised him to be on the lookout for a SUV type of vehicle, and one that would let our rides together as mother and son more enjoyable and not so cramped. My other request was a trailer hitch because OH how my son loves the outdoors and fishing! Received a call from James Winters and in less that 5 hours from Havre to Great Falls and back, I am now the proud owner of an SUV that I can actually afford. All the paperwork was done when I arrived and James was so intune to what I needed that I drove my new SUV off the lot in less than an hour. The whole ride home my son sang along with the Christian station while stretched out and relaxed. And as of tonight, we will be hauling our trailer to the Mountains for a fun-filled 4th of July for one happy and content autistic teenager. Jami Binder More
