Very helpful. They went to bat with loan agency to get a better finance rate. Saved quite a bit of money going from 9% apr to 3.5%. Walked in not planning to buy a car, walked out satisfied. we went to taylors to purchase a new, used vehicle since Moms van was totaled after being in accident.
