Taylor's Auto Max

We have had nothing but problems with the vehicle. I have driven the vehicle total of 14 days out 30. It has been in the shop the rest of the time with transmission and rear driveline issues. The first time it went to the shop was 3 days after buying it. Than we had to have the fuel gauge replaced in the shop for another trip. As far the price; we had to pay for half the cost of the navagation disk as the vehicle did not have one but yet the value of the vehicle was priced for having the navigation in it. Been trying since we bought it to get an navagation manual so I know how to run the radio and navagation and to this day a month and half later nothing. No one seems to care that we are having issues with the vehicle and no one has called or checked or reimbursed us for our problems. When my vehicle was traded in it was thought to have something wrong with it and didn't get the trade in it should have got, but they can sell us one that has had over $5000 worth the work done and not to say being without a vehicle for over 2 weeks. I am not happy with any service I received and don't think I will be returning any time soon to buy another vehicle there. I would not recommend to any of my friends. More

Ron Cooper was excellent, energetic to sell even though it was 29 degrees outside. He made my husband and sister and myself welcome and did everything in his power to make us feel as ease. I recently purchased a vehicle at Taylor's Auto Max from Jay Schabarker and just wanted you to know how pleased I am . My husband and I looked at other car lots in town and didn't feel that our needs from Jay Schabarker and just wanted you to know how pleased I am . My husband and I looked at other car lots in town and didn't feel that our needs were going to be met , but when we got to Taylor's we felt we were in good hands. We were greeted immediately, and asked what we were looking to buy. Then we were shown around to see what you had to offer. I " as a woman" enjoyed the opportunity to look and not feel pressured . Jay gave us as much information about all the vehicles we looked at and steered us in the direction that even we didn't realize at the time was the best fit for us. When we came in we were thinking about a different direction, but left with a better deal than we felt we could afford and was even a better fit for our needs.
