Pretty painless I went back to this dealership for another Subaru Outback. Princeton was helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't get what I wanted for my trade - with in I went back to this dealership for another Subaru Outback. Princeton was helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't get what I wanted for my trade - with interest rates down, nobody seems to care about how new of an engine you have in a piece of old Detroit iron. Their offer for my trade was less than I spent on the new tires it was riding on. The price negotiation seemed fair, the highest pressure part of the process was the extended warranty insurance that is offered during the financing process. On my last car I never used it once and I question whether it is worth it... but it is a used car and things are hard to work on anymore. More

Good Experience Bob Anderson was great to work with! Very very patient and helpful. However, we were not working with him one on one so we had to do follow up with Bob Anderson was great to work with! Very very patient and helpful. However, we were not working with him one on one so we had to do follow up with other team members and staff. We were told to bring in the vehicle at a certain time the next day which we did. We ended up waiting for 2 hours to get our truck dealt with for a simple 20 minute wash/removal of glue. We were told we would have the salesperson call us in two weeks for a follow up care day to make sure we liked our vehicle and could properly run things. We are still waiting for that call and it is 3 weeks later. We just don't have very good luck with customer service anymore. It's too bad but hey we like the truck well enough. More
