Several months later, still looking a new car, I contacted Chris Marshall and told him of our first experience and told him we would deal with him and only him. Explained our needs as far as price range, fuel economy and comfort. It is a 4 ½ hour drive from our home to Great Falls. Mosts of our preliminary negotiations were by telephone and email. When we decided on what we were looking for, we arrived to test drive and "kick the tires". Chris was very professional, courteous, and was available to meet our schedule. We completed the sale that day, and feel that Chris was working for us. We are back for a second new car and will only deal with Mr. Marshall.
