He passed away 5 months ago, so I was very nervous about even stepping foot on another lot. Taylor's Auto Max came highly recommended by my dad, so that is where I went. I was so excited to see the vehicle I had been looking for; a 2014 Infinity QX 50. I got out to take a closer look and Cody approached me with a kind smile and willingness to help. We took a look at the car, and after a few tears, as it was very emotional for me, Cody was very warm and knowledgeable and continued to help me throughout the process. I feel like, after it is all said and done, my dad is smiling upon me. I am happy with Cody's approachable demeanor, compassion, and strive for contentment, on my part. He asked what kind of vehicle i was interested in and if he could help me find it. When i expressed my interest in looking and wasn't i sure what i might want Cody had several question that helped to understand what i was looking for , gas mileage, vans , vehicle with doors on tha back that open, pleasure or work vehicle then made suggestions that helped. Cody showed me around the lot and let me check out several vehicles finally deciding to test drive a Nissan Altima . Not once did I feel pressured to purchase a new car, just getting the help I needed to decide what i really liked and giid fit for work. Cody was a new saleman and he let me know that right away, the rest of the staff helped to finish the paperwork that night and stayed late to see i was accomodated.
