Really great buying experience. I was looking for a 2006 Silverado with the 8100 engine and the Allison transmission. Looked for over a year. I had a good idea of what I wanted. After a few questions, which Jay answered very descriptively, I was comfortable that this vehicle was what I was looking for. I very much appreciated his unvarnished honesty. He physically double checked a few things to make sure I had an accurate picture. This was very helpful as I live in Boise and I knew that this pickup would not last long. Found a Jeep that I wanted on Cars.com at a dealership called Taylors Automax located in Great Falls Montana . When I called in for the jeep. I talk to salesman Mr Jay Schabarker to tell him I was interested in the vehicle. He talked me through the process over the phone. I asked him if there was any accidents, dents,and scratches in the vehicle he told me the truth and also went a step further by doing a video review so I can see the condition and the inns and outs of the jeep. I was totally satisfied with the video that he made for me. So I told him let's do the deal. He also took some money off of the Jeep which made it a reasonable price. Excellent experience I went to Taylor's Auto Max looking for a car to possibly trade my truck in for. I was not 100% set on giving up my truck because well, I loved it. Most car dealerships that I have dealt with in the past were super pushy to get me to buy a new vehicle, however I did not have that experience here, which I thoroughly appreciated. I had an idea of what I wanted and I was shown all of the vehicles of that model that they had. When I saw one I wanted to try out, they got me off the lot really fast and even offered to let me take it to my husband's work to show him. They were in no way pushy about "let's get you in this car right now" but instead they told me their hours of operation and told me that I could come back whenever I made my decision. Definitely one of the best car dealership experiences I have had and I LOVE my new Volkswagen Jetta!! More
