Purchase of used vehicle When I drove onto the lot my intent was to test drive a Chevy Equinox. I knew from a current ad that Taylor Auto Max had several used ones to choose When I drove onto the lot my intent was to test drive a Chevy Equinox. I knew from a current ad that Taylor Auto Max had several used ones to choose from. Brian Cook met me as I got out of my car and guided me over to the used vehicles. He listened to what I said, helped me look through the selection, let me test drive one, and together we found the one that I decided to buy. No pressure, just lots of helpful information. He listened to what I wanted, and once I found one with low miles and all the bells and whistles I wanted, as well as at the price point I was comfortable with, it just made sense to buy it. When Brian offered me the loan at a particular rate, I told him my bank could do much better than that, so he went back and got me the % I wanted and the payment I needed to keep it in my budget. I couldn't have asked for more. I am super happy!! More

Purchase new vechile Customer service was excellent and the salesman catered to all my questions and we looked at all the different vehicles I was interested in. Narrowed Customer service was excellent and the salesman catered to all my questions and we looked at all the different vehicles I was interested in. Narrowed it down, he didn't pressure me into a more expensive vehicle but I got the kind I wanted, a basic vehicle with no bells and whistles. It did take a long time to process the paperwork due to officer being out but the employees were very gracious and concerned about the length of time.
