One thing that did upset me was the fact that we spent $ 30,000 on a new car and my mom wanted a hat that said the name of it (juke) but we couldn't get it for free after spending $30,000. The best part was pulling up to the dealership and being treated like people. We were greeted right away, in a genuine helpful way (not the pushy arrogant way we have grown accustom to). We had driven 8 hours for a great deal on our truck. We were asked about our drive. When we walked into the dealership we were again greeted with hello's and smiles. Not just our sales person but all of the dealership from the sales staff, sales manager and finance manager was helpful, kind, and informative.
