My wife and I met with Sean, explained what we were looking for and he started looking for our truck. He called a few days later said he had found several that fit our needs and wants. We met him at the dealership and tried out several trucks, all good candidates. Not being an impulse buyer, I had to weigh the pros and cons of each of the trucks we tried. About a week later my wife and I, mostly me, came to a decision. I called Sean and let him know what we had decided, he told me when I was ready to do the deal to come on out. No pressure at all, it was great. We went out finalized the deal and purchased our new to us pick up. I would highly recommend Sean he knows his inventory, and if he doesn't have it, he will get it. He passed away 5 months ago, so I was very nervous about even stepping foot on another lot. Taylor's Auto Max came highly recommended by my dad, so that is where I went. I was so excited to see the vehicle I had been looking for; a 2014 Infinity QX 50. I got out to take a closer look and Cody approached me with a kind smile and willingness to help. We took a look at the car, and after a few tears, as it was very emotional for me, Cody was very warm and knowledgeable and continued to help me throughout the process. I feel like, after it is all said and done, my dad is smiling upon me. I am happy with Cody's approachable demeanor, compassion, and strive for contentment, on my part.
