We were very pleased with our experience with Chad. I told him what we needed and he was able to narrow down our search which made the process incredibly easy. He showed us options to make sure we were comfortable with the vehicles (because I am not tech savvy and was nervous about having a fancy dash on my car). We ended up having to take our teething nephew with us (who acted better than most adults) and Chad was very accommodating which helped a ton. He offered to watch the little guy while we ran back and forth and was very awesome about having food and toys everywhere. The financing was way too easy and fast as a 14 month old slept on my arm. Overall, we are incredibly pleased and love our new to us vehicle. Hating vehicle shopping with a passion, I would go to Taylor's Automax again before shopping anywhere else in Great Falls. Since we do not have kids ourselves we were nervous about car shopping with a 14 month old and afraid that we would be asked to leave, but we did not once feel that which was huge for us. They were very accommodating and very nice! More

I was pleased with our buying experience at Taylor’s as well as with their team. I knew what I was looking for going into the dealership. JAY made my purchase quick and EASY! I found a couple of cars on the dealership website and called Jay. He answered all my questions professionally so I drove 145 miles to the Taylor's Auto Max. It was well worth the drive and with Jay's help, purchased a new Nissan Altima. Jay was very knowledgeable and helped me understand the features and electronics of the car. I was at the dealership less than 2 hours and found it to be a very pleasant experience.
