Taylors service department was absolutely amazing as to the help they gave me in fixing my problem. Under no obligation to offer any assistance as far as financial help with repairing my car the service manage, Dan Peters, worked it out for me so that Taylor completely covered the cost if the repair for me and even let me use a loaner car during the repair. I have never been treated so well from a car dealership and especially the service department. I cannot thank Dan and his service department enough for what they did for me. I will be a Taylor Kia of Findlay customer for life and highly recommend that anyone thinking of buying a car, new or used, make Taylor Kia your first stop. More
